Welcome to the second edition of the Central Pennsylvania Workforce, Community and Youth Services Directory, which features a fully searchable, database-driven engine to find organizations you're looking for quickly and efficiently. This Directory is made available through the collaborative efforts of the Central Pennsylvania Workforce Development Corporation (CPWDC) and Penn State University (PSU).

The CPWDC’s Youth Council has compiled this Workforce, Community and Youth Services Directory, which captures basic information on agencies and organizations that deal with workforce, community and youth development in the Central Region. The Central Region, for purposes of this Directory, includes the counties of Centre, Clinton, Columbia, Lycoming, Mifflin, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder and Union.

In accordance with the CPWDC’s strategic vision, this Directory was created as a result of the CPWDC’s Resource Map Project. The intent of the Resource Map Project was to provide a foundation for identifying the assets and possible gaps of the Workforce Development System across the Region. The hope is that the Directory will be used as a regional tool to identify and improve access to services, which are sometimes limited unnecessarily by county and community lines.

The information presented in this Directory has been provided to the Central Pennsylvania Workforce Development Corporation (CPWDC) by the agencies and organizations listed, and is believed to be accurate.
